My unique style is a blend of many forms, gathered over my 20+ years of practicing yoga, and is highly adaptable to your needs. You will experience a blend of Hatha yoga, Vinyasa yoga (flowing breath synchronized sequences), Iyenger, Restorative yoga and sometimes even elements from Tai Chi.

I've taught mindfulness to a wide range of people ranging from school children to adults studying to pass the BAR exam. I’m available to combine meditation into your session or teach a 30 minute standalone mindfulness break.
